In an earlier version of the rules, I had it that in the event of a tie, the Phase 1 result would be the tiebreaker. If that were true, Ansel Adams would take it -- but I didn't include a tiebreak mechanism, because I didn't want to invite gamesmanship. So for now, Adams, Jansen, and Giovanni di Paolo are all still "live" in some form. We might have to have a Phase 3 to figure it out.Michael5000https://www.blogger.com/profile/10148584819327475239noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10779294.post-48282572300960120142013-10-22T20:16:29.491-07:002013-10-22T20:16:29.491-07:00Varo and the Mysterious Book Artist for me, please...Varo and the Mysterious Book Artist for me, please. Uh... Varo is a ...Holy crap this one is difficult!

Uh... Varo is a given for my first choice, but then there's a bunch for second choice. I like di Paolo, Jansen, Adams, and the Book Artist in particular. Each evokes a different emotion, which makes it like comparing apples to oranges if that weren't a particularly easy comparison (oranges, definitely).

I am really having a hard time here. I think my favorites of the four are Book Artist and di Paolo, but that is as far as deliberations have gotten me. I think I'll go with Book Artist because of the little people and because the art is different in an interesting way.

In conclusion, Varo and Book Artist get my votes.Morganhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01475862386179357634noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10779294.post-68673846248819597202013-08-29T21:33:25.672-07:002013-08-29T21:33:25.672-07:00Varo, yes!
