I like them both, and I like Grosz more. Social commentary? In my art? Also I like the colors.

I don't know. I lean toward Grosz, but then, his style wears on me after a while. And although those endless paintings of Venice seem nice but...boring? cliched? I would rather have one of them on my wall than a Grosz, I think. So, Guardi.

I also like both, particularly the second painting for both displayed here, but if I had to pick… I guess Grosz, they just seem a bit more interesting.

Oh, I guess Guardi. I'm such a sucker for scenes of Venice. And Grosz is worthy, I'm sure, but, you know, gross.

Here's an vote-by-mail for "Guardi, totally a vote against Grosz I fear."

And my own vote for Guardi, against Grosz I fear.

This one was all tied up until the two, maybe three, reactionary votes towards the in put the kaibash on Grosz. Guardi advances; the German will have to try his luck in the Left Brackets. Will it be Grosz/Gros, or will it be Grosz/Grueze? Either one will be fun to say!
