Catena, because of flirty fur and Magritte skies and what the hell is that under the table anyway, a lemur?

Cassatt, because the paintings make me feel classy by just looking at them!

Am I alone in heavily disliking the 2nd Catena? It feels so flat to me and... what is up with the hair.

So, yes, an easy decision for me since I find Cassat's soft impressionism very appealing.

omg - a kitten at the last supper? that almost gets my vote.

But Cassatt for the win! Just saw a postcard of one of her paintings yesterday and was thinking about how her work is so lovely.

Chalk up another for Cassatt.

Cassatt! Though I admire the second Catena. I always like the flat planes of color in some renaissance portraits, doesn't that black set off the face nicely?

Cassatt, for impressionism with a human face.

A vote-by-mail for Cassatt.

I do loves me some Cassatt, but when I scrolled down and saw the Catena, I was all, Ohhhhhh, man! Brilliant. I'm going with Catena--humanism with a human face!

(Hmm. That doesn't work quite as well, does it.)
