Michael5000's Running Avatar is crossing the Colorado Great Plains.
December 1 -- While Michael5000 was running in western Colorado, the Avatar has been running in eastern Colorado. He has passed through Sterling, and is moving east on State Road 61.
November 22 -- The Avater has crossed the state line and is hanging out in little Peetz, Colorado, home of a Michael5000 relative by marriage.
November 15 -- The Avatar reaches Sidney, Nebraska, where Michael5000 himself was a few months ago, and replicates some of the running he did there.
November 8 -- running south on US 385, the Avatar passes through Dalton, Nebraska, with its cheerful red water tower.
October 25 -- Staying at the Landmark Inn in Bayard, Nebraska.

December 1 -- 2.39 miles of trail running gets me my 20th running state: Utah!
November 30 -- 7.31 miles is a distance record for the state of Colorado! And at about 97 miles, November 2014 is my sixth best-ever month.
November 28 -- 6.48 miles is a distance record for the state of Colorado! Also, it's going to be an all-time best November.
November 26 -- 6.29 miles is a distance record for the state of Colorado!
November 1 -- At 103.4 miles, October 2014 was my third best-ever month.
October 18 -- 10.6 miles was an all-time record for an eighteenth of the month, too!
