Michael5000's Running Avatar is crossing the Colorado Great Plains.
January 25 -- A tour of Wray, Colorado -- around the high school track, through the neighborhoods, down Main Street, and back on US 34 towards the state line!
January 19 -- ...and now he's been able to chug into motion for a brief run, which is cheering.
January 15 -- The Avatar is stuck out there in the Plains in mid-Winter, as Michael5000 is out of commission with a sore back.
January 10 -- A little detour through Eckley before continuing east on U.S. 34.
January 3 -- The Avatar passed through Yuma on Highway 34, his first town of the new year.
The Humanly Prowess -- since August 2009
January 25 -- 7.93 is a new best for the year, and also the first time in three weeks I've been able to run two days in a row. Two days running, if you will.
January 3 -- 6.04 miles of running is my best for 2015! I do enjoy the beginning of the year...
January 1 -- 5.6 miles of running is my best for 2015. Yay, me!
December 31 -- 2014 total was 1013.75 miles. Best year ever.
December 1 -- 2.39 miles of trail running gets me my 20th running state: Utah!
November 30 -- 7.31 miles is a distance record for the state of Colorado! And at about 97 miles, November 2014 is my sixth best-ever month.
