Vote for the two artists of your choice!  Votes generally go in the comments, but have been known to arrive by email, by postcard, or in a sealed envelope.

Please note that you may vote only once in each face-off.  Opining that both of the artists in one of the two face-offs is superior to the other is fine, but casting your votes for two artists in the same face-off is not permissible.

Albers, 'cause this is a relatively painless way for me to vote for a guy from the last 120 years or so, and Alma-Tadema because even more enthusiastically ditto.

I picked Allston last time, but in this match up I like Albers...the blue one is funky.

Alma-Tadema - I'd much rather be in one of those pictures than the alternatives.

Albers, whose work is much better in real life than on the computer screen;

Alma-Tadema, who is worth checking out beyond these two paintings, fine though they are.

An email correspondent sez: "1 - Albers 2 - I'm sticking with Alma-T -- he's irresistable."

Albers, Amigoni.
I just like em.
I also like double elimination tournaments, this project just got a whole lot more infinite.

The vote is closed on Allston/Albers; you may still weigh in on Alta-Tedema/Amigoni.

And now all voting is closed; rounds go to Albers and Alta-Tedema.
